Ramsay and White Estate Agents originally onboarded us to ease the role of the one person they had in their office who was doing everything which led to them missing 100s of calls a day. Due to a combination of their quick growth and their lack of capacity to handle it in their back office, they needed an extra pair of hands to help them out.
They initially joined us for our call answering service which they used originally as an overflow service, quickly moving to us answering all of their calls for them. After some time with us, we also took on the task of checking their calendar for any customer calling in to check their appointment dates and times.
In addition to the calendar management and call answering, we have also provided holiday cover for when key members of staff are away allowing their business to continue trading and giving them the much-needed break that they deserve.
